The Hygiene Supervisor is responsible for assisting the Hygiene Manager in ensuring the highest standards of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation across all 10 F&B outlets within Printemps Doha. This role involves conducting inspections, training staff, monitoring compliance, and maintaining records. The Hygiene Supervisor will support the implementation of hygiene policies and procedures, contributing to a safe and healthy environment for customers and staff.

Qualifications

* Previous experience in cleaning or hygiene management, ideally in hospitality or retail.

* Strong leadership, attention to detail, communication, and knowledge of cleaning standards and regulations.

* First aid certification and multilingual skills are a plus.
